Merit/Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship Test, 2016

Sakhawat Centre, J&K organised Merit/Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Competitive Test on 24th April, 2016 (Sunday). 4,500 Candidates appeared at the Examination Centres in Srinagar, Budgam, Pulwama, Shopian, Anantnag, Kulgam, Baramulla, Kupwara, Bandipora and Ganderbal districts in Kashmir Province & Banihal (Ramban), Baderwah, Doda; Kishtwar and Surankote(Poonch) in winter zone of Jammu Province.

1,000 Merit & Merit-cum-Means Scholarships are granted to selective meritorious/successful candidates and selected candidates are morally boosted through guidance and counselling programmes throughout the year. Personality Development programmes are organized for selected candidates at Health Resorts of Jammu & Kashmir, where eminent professional experts interact with these selected students and empower them in professional ethics and overcoming hardships of successful careers.

All these Examination Centres were inspected and observed by Govt. Educational Experts. Chief Education Officers and Zonal Educational Officers have appreciated management and organisation of this competitive test successfully by Sakhawat Centre, J&K.
